We’ll first personally review your case and offer a free revision or a complete new photo session.

How Our Satisfaction Guarantee Works

If your generated photos clearly differ from your uploaded selfies or none of them are usable,
you’re eligible for a free revision.

Our team will review the results together with you to identify the cause — such as lighting, pose, hairstyle, or technical issues — and, if needed, we’ll create a new session with adjusted training at no cost to you.

Only if after this revision the results are still not realistic or usable, you may request a full refund.

Conditions for a Refund

A refund is only possible if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. None of the generated photos are usable.
  2. The photos significantly differ from your real appearance (e.g. facial features, skin tone, gender, hairstyle).
  3. You have not downloaded or publicly used any of the photos.
  4. You contacted us within 14 days of your purchase at hey@headyshot.com.
  5. You agreed to a review and, if applicable, a free revision or new session.
  6. Your uploaded selfies largely meet our photo requirements — especially regarding variety, lighting, perspective, image quality, and showing only yourself.

An immediate refund without additional review is only possible if we have not yet begun processing your order, for example, before the training of your AI model has started.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

  • The uploaded selfies are unsuitable or inconsistent (e.g. filters, major hairstyle or color changes, group photos, sunglasses, etc.),
  • The results match your selfies but you’re dissatisfied for personal or stylistic reasons,
  • Or there is evidence of abuse of the satisfaction guarantee.

Processing & Refund

Once your request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method used for your purchase.
